〔注６〕基準(1)ないし(8)（及びそれらの事例）と〔注１〕ないし〔注４〕に記載された判断要素との関係は、基準(1)ないし(3)が主として音質に関するものであり、基準(4)は主として音調、基準(5)は主として音量、基準(6)及び基準(7)は主として音節、基準(8)は､各判断要素に関するものである。なお、〔注１〕ないし〔注４〕に記載されていないが考慮すべき判断要素として、発音の転訛の現象（例えば、連続する２音が相互にその位置を置換して称呼されるような場合）が挙げられる。

・〔注１〕（イ）（ロ）：音質（母音、子音の質的決まりから生じる音の性質）についての注意点
・〔注２〕：音量（音の長短）についての注意点
・〔注３〕：音調（音の強弱およびアクセントの位置）についての注意点
・〔注４〕：音節（音の数、語の切れ方、分かれ方（シラブル、息の段落））についての注意点
・「発音の転訛の現象」（例えば、連続する２音が相互にその位置を置換して称呼されるような場合）も考慮すべき判断要素であることが記載されている。
