EPOが発行する特許公報番号（EP12345678A1など）の種別コード（末尾の「A1」など）に関するメモ
EPC上、サーチレポートの発行時期が定められていないので、１８ヶ月公開時にサーチレポートが間に合わないことがある。そこで、A文献（公開公報）に関して、サーチレポートが同時に公開される公報であればA1、サーチレポートなしの公報であればA2、A2の公報が発行された後にサーチレポートのみ公開される公報であればA3の種別コードが付与される。
・・・というのは有名ですが、「A8」、「A9」などのコードもあるのですね。
